Imuniti - BEE firm gives shares back

The Durban High Court has dismissed with costs an application for leave to appeal a decision that declared that the heads of agreement between Imuniti Holdings founding shareholders and the black economic empowerment (BEE) consortium that held 27 percent of the firm were invalid.
