Johncom talks to potential BEE shareholders

Johnnic Communications (Johncom, JCM) said that it has entered into talks with potential BEE shareholders in OpCo.

This comes after an announcement made in April that Johnnic Communications wanted to restructure its assets to create two separate entities.
The group said that the introduction of Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) shareholders in a new wholly-owned subsidiary that will be formed, would acquire and hold 100% of all Johncom's directly-held operating media and entertainment assets, called OpCo.
