Nokia Siemens Networks sells 26% in BEE transaction

Communications services provider Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN) on Tuesday unveiled an empowerment deal resulting in its local operating subsidiary NSN SA being 18,9% black-owned.
It sold equal stakes to Sekunjalo Telecoms and Africom Telecom for an undisclosed amount, in the first phase of its black-economic empowerment strategy.
