Ramaphosa, Sexwale may be Johncom's BEE partners

MEDIA group Johnnic Communications (Johncom) has announced it is in talks with black investors over the sale of a stake in its operating media assets, while sources close to prominent businessmen Tokyo Sexwale and Cyril Ramaphosa say they are the interested parties.
While Johncom is restricted by JSE rules from speaking about the deal prior to its conclusion, Reuters reported that it had been tipped off that Sexwale and Ramaphosa were negotiating to acquire between 20% and 30% of the company's media assets.
