Oxford Press in Mandela fund link

OXFORD University Press (OUP) has enacted a share transfer of a 25,1% stake in OUP Southern Africa (OUP SA) to the Mandela Rhodes Foundation.

Foundation head Shaun Johnson said yesterday the transfer was a broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) deal that could be the first of its kind.
