Payout for Coronation shareholders
Coronation Fund Managers (Coronation) announced on Wednesday that shareholders would receive R95.6-m of the R147-m raised from the group’s BEE staff transaction with the Imvula Trust.
The group said that it planned to distribute an amount of 25 cents per Coronation share to shareholders, comprising a return of share premium of 24 cents per share and a dividend of 1 cent per share, subject to shareholder approval.
