Peregrine enters into BEE deal
Financial services group Peregrine Holdings (PGR) has entered into a new agreement which will see a black consortium led by Vunani Capital acquire a 15.37% stake in the company...
The consortium will acquire 26 million shares from Peregrine shareholders and four million Treasury shares from one of the company's subsidiaries at 7.50 per share.
