Petmin's BEE-ownership increases by 7%
JSE-listed mining firm Petmin said on Thursday its black economic-empowered ownership had been boosted by 7%, after black-owned Dark Capital (Dark) acquired 40-million of its shares from the New Africa Mining Fund (NAMF)...
To pay for the shares, Dark had sold a portion of the Petmin preference shares that it obtained in 2004, Petmin CEO Jan du Preez said in an interview.
