Platinum Group CEO confident in mine deal finance
The chief executive of Platinum Group Metals Ltd said he is confident that the junior miner will raise enough capital to finance a deal to increase its stake at South Africa's Western Bushveld developing mine joint venture despite a challenging credit market.
On September 2, Platinum Group (PTM) said it agreed to a deal with Anglo Platinum Ltd and PTM's South African partner Wesizwe Platinum Ltd to double PTM's stake at Western Bushveld to 74 percent of the joint venture.
