Political will key to B-BBEE success
IN ORDER for broad-based BEE to work and ethically meet stakeholder expectations implementation needs to be sustainable, profitable, in line with complex market expectations and to deliver value.
Anecdotal evidence would suggest that there is generally a largesse that prevails in many established companies in relation to B-BBEE transformation; particularly in developing employees, socio-economic development responsibility and skills transfer.
