Ponahalo content as DBCM divests

DE BEERS Consolidated Mines' (DBCM's) black economic empowerment (BEE) partner, Ponahalo, was fully supportive of the diamond firm's restructuring process, said Thandi Orleyn.

Orleyn is a member of Peotona Capital, a womens' group which is part of the Ponahalo consortium. South African businesswomen Cheryl Carolus, Dolly Mokgatle, and Wendy Lucas-Bull are also part of Peotona Capital.
