Preferential Procurement Workshop
Commerce Edge Procurement Training strikes the right chord with an intensive workshop on Preferential Procurement, Enterprise Development and BBBEE Scorecards for purchasing professionals, financial managers and buyers.
The workshop, presented by a Commerce Edge resident expert, recently put over 15 delegates through their paces and most, like Nicholas Mbambo, BBBEE Consultant at Telkom SA, were impressed, finding it to be:
- extremely educational; and
- a useful guide to managing the many complexities of BBBEE, enterprise development, preferential procurement and organisational transformation.
Mbambo gave the workshop a resounding thumbs-up:
"Preferential Procurement and Enterprise Development [sections], to me and my team, [were] so informative and value adding… For any other updates on BBBEE… do not hesitate [to include us] for future courses. It was worth attending. We will give a detailed report to our Senior Manager, and make some recommendations that Telkom Group Finance and HR attend this workshop [in future], especially PP and ED, EE and EO, which need more synchronisation in our organisation".
