Primedia Lifestyle gets Level 2 BBBEE Rating
Primedia Lifestyle has been awarded a Level 2 Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment rating. The company's rating has grown from a Level 6 contributor to its current Level 2 BEE status in less than two years.
The new rating is a result of significant improvements made to Primedia Lifestyle's Black Held Equity, Management Control, Employment Equity and the Socio-Economic Development initiatives. The company has also seen the Mineworkers Investment Company (MIC) increasing its indirect ownership in Primedia Lifestyle to 34.33%.
