PSV buys geosynthetic liner firm for R40m

AltX-listed industrial engineering company PSV Holdings on Wednesday announced its acquisition of geosynthetic liner installation company, Engineered Linings, for R40-million.

The acquisition is in line with the company's growth strategy, whereby PSV aims to augment its product offering as well as its customer base and extend its geographical footprint into the rest of Africa.
