PSV to sell 27,6% stake to BEE firm
AltX-listed fluid-control company PSV Holdings plans to sell a 27,6% stake to black-owned financial services firm Vunani Capital, the company said late on Wednesday...
In terms of a heads of agreement, PSV will offer 25 000 000 new shares to Vunani at 57c a share and PSV directors AB Da Silva, P Robinson and Tony Dreisenstock, will collectively sell 15 000 000 PSV shares at 57c a share to Vunani.
