RBM deal pulls in heavyweights

The new Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) empowerment deal has attracted a group of political and business bigwigs.

RBM yesterday confirmed a Business Times report by announcing the signing of a memorandum of understanding for the sale of a 26 percent stake through a broad- based black economic empowerment equity transaction.
