Reunert to unveil R1bn BEE deal
South African electronic and engineering firm Reunert will on Monday unveil a R1.1bn deal to bring black investors on board, the company said...
It said in a statement on Friday it would also announce its full-year results on Monday. It gave no further details about the black economic empowerment (BEE) transaction.
