Rotten to the core - DBSA bosses raid coffers
THE Development Bank of Southern Africa is dishing out millions of rands in loans to private companies in which its directors own shares.
The startling news, contained in the DBSA annual report, was exposed yesterday in Parliament's standing committee on public accounts (Scopa) by IFP MP Narend Singh.
