SABMiller in R6bn BBBEE deal
The deal will place 10% of the company's shares under black ownership, the transaction will benefit stakeholders who are directly involved in the company's business.
The South African Breweries Ltd (SAB) today announced a significant proposed BBBEE transaction worth approximately R6 billion, which will place about 10% of the company's shares under black ownership. Genuinely broad-based, the transaction intends to benefit those stakeholders who are directly involved in the company's business.
