Sanofi-aventis in joint BEE deal
Sanofi-aventis, a multinational pharmaceutical company listed in Paris and New York, on Wednesday announced its joint venture with Litha Healthcare Investments, a 100 percent black-owned company, to form Sisonke Pharmaceuticals...
The new company is dedicated solely to the supply and distribution of TB medicines to the public sector, it said in a statement.
