Sasol Mining's R1,4bn operating profit up 19%
Sasol Mining recorded an operating profit of R1,4-billion in the 12 months to June 30, 2008, which was 19% higher than for the previous year.
Sasol CFO Christine Ramon says the improved results have benefited from higher coal prices, improved coal quality and greater sales volumes to the Sasol Synfuels business.
