Sasol unveils South Africa's largest-ever empowerment deal

Petrochemicals firm Sasol on Tuesday said it would sell a 10% stake in a R25,9-billion transaction - South Africa's single largest broad-based black economic-empowerment (BBBEE) deal to date.

The company would sell 63,1-million shares through the Sasol Inzalo BEE transaction, which would broaden and transform its shareholder base.
