Schneider cements empowerment deal with CIH
ENERGY group Schneider Electric SA has sold a 20,1% interest to empowerment company Community Investment Holdings (CIH) for about R300m, the companies announced yesterday.
The deal enhances Schneider Electric's black economic empowerment status while it gives CIH a partner with a global footprint.
