TWO business deals concluded in the past fortnight present SA’s business schools with an unprecedented challenge.

Yesterday, SA’s largest private education company, Educor, sold 100% of its Graduate Institute of Management and Technology (GIMT) to a black economic empowerment (BEE) group headed by Business Unity SA CEO Jerry Vilakazi.
