Seardel sells stake in BEE deal
JSE-listed Seardel Investment Corporation (Seardel) announced on Wednesday it had sold a 25,1% stake in one of its subsidiaries to Sello Moloko's Thesele Group...
Without disclosing the value of the transaction, the parties said the 25,1% stake in Seartec Trading (Seartec) values the company at R126m - which in turn values the transaction at R32m.
