Seeing opportunity beyond immediate skills threat

Possibly more than any other South African company, Sasol, which has been built on the unique application of science and technology, is reliant on having the right skills at the right place and at the right time.

So in the context of a skills-stretched economy, it is little wonder that the group is playing a leading role in efforts to deal with a challenge that has the potential to undermine both its growth prospects, as well as those of the country as a whole.
