Sentula Mining starts BEE negotiations
JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) - JSE-listed Sentula Mining said on Friday that it had entered into discussions with a broad-based black economic-empowerment (BBBEE) partner to enhance the company's competitiveness in tendering and retaining contracts in the South African mining sector.
The proposed BBBEE transaction would involve Sentula employees, a community trust and a strategic BBBEE partner.
