Shanduka Resources looks at listing coal unit

SHANDUKA Resources is assembling a team to look for projects in Africa as it considers listing its coal business and consolidating small to medium prospects in that sector in South Africa, managing director Rowan Smith said.

"We see the consolidation of the number small BEE (black economic empowerment coal) players as low-hanging fruit in South Africa," he said.
