SMEs struggle to adopt BEE
A survey commissioned by financial services group Old Mutual plc (OML)...
has showed that although 69% of South African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) see black economic empowerment (BEE) as a business opportunity, 65% have no intention of implementing the government's BEE programme in their businesses.
