'Speed up black empowerment'
Black business called on Friday for "radical measures" to speed up black economic empowerment across South Africa's economy...
"We are disturbed and concerned about the slow pace of BEE implementation," the interim chairman of the Presidential Black Business Working Group (PBBWG) said in a media statement.
