State moots 'water BEE' for new black businesses
GOVERNMENT has proposed cutting the water allocations of some commercial users to assist emerging black-owned businesses...
The water affairs and forestry department said in a draft paper it might be necessary to “reallocate” water between industrial and commercial users to achieve equality. This would not apply to domestic users, it said.
