Steel exporter BSI to list on AltX

BSI (SA), a stockist, processor, trader and exporter of steel products, will become the 69th company to list on AltX when its shares start trading on Wednesday.

The company raised R157.6-million through the private placement of 157 600 000 ordinary shares, which were fully allocated prior to the listing, indicating strong interest in the company.
