Tawana restructures BEE relationship with Seven Falls
Australian explorer Tawana Resources will gain full ownership of four of its South African projects, following the restructuring of its relationship with black economic-empowerment (BEE) partner, Seven Falls.
Seven Falls, a subsidiary of Motjoli Resources, will convert its equity Kareevlei, Tawana Alluvials, Daniel Kimberlite and Perdevlei into an 8% shareholding in Tawana.
