Telkom rejects Oger approach

Listed telecoms giant, Telkom on Monday said its board has declined the previously announced expression of interest by Oger Telecoms "as it was not in the interests of Telkom shareholders."

Oger Telecoms is owned by the family of late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik al-Hariri. It has operations in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
