The J&J Group purchases 7 million Faritec shares
Faritec Holdings Ltd,...
a JSE listed IT services company, has reported that the J&J Group, a strategic investment and management company, purchased approximately 7 million Faritec shares worth R3.5 million on the open market. The transaction represents the purchase of over 5% of Faritec shares in issue.
