On Monday three of SA’s top businessmen, Bidvest CEO Brian Joffe, SABMiller chairman Meyer Kahn and Netcare chairman Motty Sacks will announce the results of their rights issue to raise R100m, which closes today...
Afrocentric reverse listed into WB Holdings, which sold its deciduous fruit farming interests to management, paying R1,6m to gain 80% control of the company.
