Top BEE barons 'bid for more'
Cape Town - South Africa's black people may still own less than five percent of the country's stock market...
However, its programme at social and economic re-engineering, Black Economic Empowerment (BEE), appears to be reaching a stage of consolidation, at least at the very top.
