Tribunal OKs Koornfontein sale to BEE consortium
The Competition Tribunal on Monday announced that it had unconditionally approved the acquisition of Koornfontein mine by a black economic-empowerment (BEE) consortium from Ingwe Collieries...
Ingwe, South Africa’s biggest coal producer and one of the largest energy coal exporters in the world, is the local coal division of BHP Billiton.
