TWP concludes empowerment deal with Vunani

Mining services and project management company TWP Holdings has concluded a black economic-empowerment (BEE) deal with Vunani Capital, it said on Monday.

The deal would become effective with TWP's listing on the main board of the JSE, which was expected before the end of this month.
