TWP sells BEE stake to Vunani
TWP Holdings, a mining-minerals services and project management company that is to be floated on the heavy construction sector of the JSE on November 26, has sold its empowerment stake to Vunani Group.
Vunani Group through its wholly owned subsidiary has acquired 16% of TWP Holdings from its original shareholders.
