Unlocking the Codes
The Department of Trade and Industry has unveiled its revised codes of good ...
practice for broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE). This is on the heels of the draft codes, which had been published for public comment. The revised codes are an attempt to incorporate some of the suggestions and criticisms made.
