US firm gets BEE ball rolling
At a press conference on Wednesday at the Saxon hotel in Johannesburg, the Bokamoso Investment BEE consortium handed over an outsized cheque for R 38,6-m in exchange for a 26 % share in bearing company, Timken Bearing Services South Africa (TBSSA)...
...And all parties involved put their John Hancock on the contracts. This is the first deal of its type in this industry...
