Village Main Reef assumes control of Cons Murch and successfully raises R22.5 million
- All suspensive conditions relating to stage 1 fulfilled and implemented
- Funding secured for expansion of the mine and future working capital requirements
Village Main Reef ('Village') today announced that it has successfully fulfilled and implemented all suspensive conditions relating to stage 1 of the proposed acquisition of the Consolidated Murchison mine ('CMM') operations from To The Point Growth Specialists, as set out in a circular to shareholders on the 2nd December 2010.
