Vodafone speaks out about Vodacom

Vodafone CEO Arun Sarin said that his company is planning to sell shares in Vodacom as part of a plan to raise its 50 percent stake in the company.

Bloomberg reported that "Sarin today said Vodafone may sell shares in Vodacom in an initial public offering as part of a plan to raise its 50 percent stake in South Africa's largest wireless provider."
