WBHO to award staff 7% stake in R60m BEE deal

Black employees of Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon (WBHO) had been allocated a 7 percent stake through the Akani broad-based black economic empowerment (BEE) scheme, the construction firm said yesterday.

The company issued 4.5 million shares valued at R65 each to 1 724 workers who had served more than five years.
