Wellco in joint BEE venture
Healthcare company Wellco Health, which is listed on the JSE's Alternative Exchange (AltX), announced in a statement on Thursday that it had formed a joint venture with black economic empowerment group Sembro Consortium...
The joint venture, to be called Masuluza Health Services, will be 51 percent owned by the Sembro Consortium with Wellco Health owning the balance.
