Where is Sony's BEE credit?

The SABC board is on a collision course with the High Court and the ANC after it awarded the 2010 soccer World Cup broadcasting rights - worth R300-million - to a Japanese company.

This is in spite of the SABC procurement committee's recommendation that local black-owned company Digital Horizons get the tender.
