WorleyParsons acquires South African firm
Resources services provider WorleyParsons Ltd has completed its acquisition of South African engineering consulting firm Kwezi V3 Engineers, in a move that it says will boost its existing operations in the continent.
The deal will see WorleyParsons' existing operations in South Africa merge with KV3, with 30 per cent of the combined business owned by a BBBEE Employee (Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment) trust.
