Zuma calls for decisive land redistribution

Significant changes would have to be made to the "willing buyer, willing seller" model of land transacting to move forward decisively with the land redistribution programme, President Jacob Zuma said yesterday.



Addressing the Black Management Forum (BMF), Zuma said the constitution required the state to take reasonable legislative and other measures - within its available resources - to foster conditions which enabled citizens to gain access to land on an equitable basis.
