Zuma case not winnable - Heath
Former judge Willem Heath, now a key legal advisor to ANC president Jacob Zuma, told the Cape Argus from his offices in Tyger Valley this morning: "My gut feel is that they're going to withdraw the prosecution. I don't think they have a winnable case - not on their own merits, and not when judged against the defence by Mr Zuma."
This after The Star newspaper reported that the NPA was planning to drop the charges against the ANC president.
